Location : This is the main floor level of the warehouse at Rachael and Drolet Streets. One block away from the Mont-Royal Metro Station.

The Atrium Loft Condo: A truly unique townhouse property on 2 floors with roof terrace, featuring a soaring 3 story glass enclosed Atrium Greenhouse off the top floor kitchen –dining room.
Décor Style : This condo has a very spacious airy feel to it: light in colours and has been described as having an almost “Aix-en Provence” feel to its style of design and finish.
Location : Central Plateau: On Drolet Street at Park Carre St Louis (Drolet is just adjacent to St. Denis Street). Not even one short block to the metro Sherbrooke station.
Living Area : Large : at approximately 3 000 square feet on two levels (top two floors of a classic grey stone triplex that has been completely renovated). There is also a large private roof terrace with seasonal furniture and accessories plus has exceptional views of the city skyline.
Sleeps : Up to 6-8 persons. Three closed bedrooms (one very large master bedroom with king size bed, one queen and one double) and three full bathrooms (all adjacent to each bedroom) and one queen inflatable mattress if needed. The lower level also has an oriental style sauna room with whirlpool bath.
The Park “Pied-à-Terre” Apartment : This is the lower street level apartment below the Atrium loft condo. One of my smaller places (if you can call 1 500 sq feet small?).
Décor Style : All modern new furnishings. It has a light and airy feel to it even thought it is more conventional in style and dimension (i.e. the ceilings are not high loft like but more traditional).
Location : Central Plateau: On Drolet Street at the Park Carre St. Louis. The Sherbrooke St. metro is just at the very corner. Just adjacent to active St. Denis Street. A great location.
Living Area : A very comfortable 1 500 sq feet. 1 large bathroom with shower and separate laundry room.
Sleeps : Up to 4 persons (two closed bedrooms with queen and double bed) plus a fold down sofa mattress bed if needed for a 5th person.
